ADMINISTRATIVE PRACTICE AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT TO APPEAL: THE EXPERIENCE OF EXECUTIVE AUTHORITIES AND LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT BODIES

Abstract

The article examines the impact of digital technologies on the administrative practice of considering appeals of citizens and legal entities. The modern regulatory framework of Ukraine, which regulates the right to appeal, access to public information and the procedure for providing administrative services, is analyzed. Particular attention is focused on the current challenges of contemporary administrative law scholarship, in particular on assessing the impact of digital technologies on the administrative practice of handling appeals submitted by citizens and legal entities, determining the effectiveness of electronic services and automated platforms, as well as analyzing the role of the human factor and regulatory and ethical principles in ensuring the legality, transparency, and fairness of administrative procedures.
