Economic crime as a threat to ukraine’s economic security
Abstract
The article analyzes the scientific and normative definitions of a number of concepts in the field of economic security, the problem of defining the scientific definition of “economic crime” and the issue of criminal liability for economic crimes. Based on the components of economic security, the types of crimes that can be classified as economic are identified.
